Job Description:
EVitamin Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Account Manager New Vacancies for what they need motivated and detail oriented Amazon / Flipkart Account Manager to join its growing team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the ecommerce accounts of various clients, ensuring seamless operations, and providing excellent customer service. The primary focus of this role is to manage online portals, handle product listings, and respond to customer inquiries. As an Account Manager, you will also collaborate with internal teams to plan promotional activities and maintain long term relationships with clients. Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage the Amazon and Flipkart accounts for clients, ensuring that their online stores are optimized for visibility and sales. You will be responsible for product listings, catalogue updates, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders. Offer advice on product selection and suggest alternatives, ensuring that customers receive excellent support throughout their shopping experience.
- Sales Forecasting: Work closely with the E-commerce Manager to forecast sales trends and plan for future growth opportunities. Monitor daily sales data to identify patterns and optimize product offerings accordingly.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and feedback on their account performance. Ensure that all client queries are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
- Promotion Planning: Assist the E-commerce Manager in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including discount offers and sales events. Ensure that all promotional activities align with client objectives and are effectively communicated to the target audience.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on account performance, including sales, customer feedback, and stock levels. Use these insights to inform decision making and improve the client’s ecommerce strategy.
- Problem Resolution: Take ownership of client problems and work with relevant departments to resolve them quickly. This could include escalating issues to senior management or providing additional information to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (BBA, MBA, BE) is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, customers, and internal teams.
